Add Polish language support to the project

I would like to contribute to the project by adding Polish language support. I can handle the translation process and create the necessary language files. However, I'm new to Git and open-source collaboration, so I would appreciate guidance on how to properly submit the translated files. I would need step-by-step instructions on how to add the translated files and submit them via Git (or any alternative method you prefer). I'm excited to contribute and make the project more accessible to Polish users. Let me know how I can proceed!

Additionally, I noticed on the roadmap that work on a quiz feature is marked as "in progress." I’m excited about this functionality and would love to help with its development if possible. I have some ideas and would be happy to assist in creating user interactions or other parts of this feature.
