[BUG][Firelands] Tormented and Countdown Hitbox Issues on Baleroc #1509

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

Currently the range of spreading Torment appears too far or the range of clearing Countdown too small- it is extremely difficult to clear Countdown without spreading Torment. I'm not sure if the range values are incorrect or if the ranged are calculating from the edge of the model vs. the center, but unless the raider gets a lucky 'tick', you will spread torment while clearing Countdown.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Get Torment
       2. Get Countdown
       3. Approach the linked player

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Torment spread range should be far enough to clear Countdown without spreading torment so long as it's done carefully.

You can see the range Nosfe and Dabears clear their countdown at 6:26

This may be related to combat reach vs. hitbox center, but it is not possible to break Countdown (99516) without also applying or refreshing Tormented (99257).
