When setting up a sushi belt, the most annoying part is figuring out how many of each item you want to fit on the belt, and then configuring the inserters for that.
The utility would have a button next to the top level ingredients combinator header. It would either have a selector where you can pick your sushi belt to determine the amount of segments, or maybe easier just have you enter a belt amount. It would then determine how many items per inserter would be ideal, including some free space on the belt. Then that would be put into a blueprint book you can cycle through to place them as you wish.
Would need to pick the inserter too, which makes this annoying (alongside the fact that the belt number would need to be entered probably).
