add Magneticraft compat

changes in this PR:

adds Magneticraft crushingTable, gasificationUnit, grinder, hydraulicPress, oilHeater, refinery, sieve, sluiceBox, and thermopile compat. adds examples and i18n for those.
in order to use the machines in the dev environment, this file must be placed in src/main/resources/assets/magneticraft/gui_config.json
