Ban with Expire Date is not working #899

I have problem with bans with expire date. When i add ban with plugin it is added in 12h date format but my system is 24h. In result of that when i restart server I'm no longer banned. Also when i connect to server it says "You are banned" instead of reason in banned-players.json.

Sounds lore like the issue of the plugin than an issue in Nukkit itself
