Review Zendesk API and determine how we can integrate our Chatbot #7

@sojharo The task is to understand Zendesk API at a high level.

Please Kylie trying to do same thing as us, where they are listing on the Chat.

This is an investigative task only and write a document.

Zendesk API are open . I very much interested in how Kylie has done it.

I had looked into the API of Zendesk on high level. I found very interesting features which Zendesk has been using. However, I scanned the complete API documentation but I couldn't find anything about Kylie in their documentation. Here is the document which describes my findings within API.

However, later I had googled "kylie chat bot" and I found some general chat bots for fun purpose on following two sites:

Kylie.ai is a separate solution from Zendesk and therefore it is not described in Zendesk API which I was reading.

In order to integrate our bot into zendesk, we would have to create app on zendesk. That app will appear in gallery of zendesk. There were few bot apps published on zendesk created by other people:
