Call whatsapp webhook endpoint on new participants #110

We need to implement the logic for calling the whatsapp webhook endpoint from the docker whenever someone clicks on the invite group participant link. This logic needs to be implemented on the docker

Work on this was done yesterday. I will mark it resolved after testing it with dayem's Webhook code.
