Renamed Ubersmith references to Helpdesk, preparing for Salesforce integration
Converted menu system to middleware, menu loaded per request based on roles
Added middleware to roleManager to populate currentUser.roles, not used for authorization, authorzation should be done through authenticator.roleManager.can('action')
