Configuration Wizard Module #198

* Added some more example code to the configuration wizard module
* Changed a view variable names and descriptions in configuration manager for consistency
* Modifed the configuration module to be named 'features-configuration' to be consistent with 'features-helpdesk'
* Added configuration class to be a placeholder for functions that interact with the configuration
