Can we also have an option to add a PRE update instead of just the POST update for "Pass along any relevant documentation:" for customers who might see the monitor output and skip looking at it entirely which means they would skip over the "relevant documentation portion"
This would be the ticket creation window that pops up from an alert on the events page, /monitoring/events. Then once the engineer fills out whichever form they choose, have the display on the left side of the window update accordingly.
