Description

Deploit les agents netdata et les connecte a netdata cloud.

Helm chart deploit en mode deamonset
Token dans vault monté en secret
Terraform pour automatiquement ajouter les permissions

Documentation requise, mais à faire plus tard dans #182 car il va falloir commencer a configurer netdata pour bien documenter.
