Due to the modification of Yuri Prime in RA2, an unexpected phenomenon occurred. After spying on the Soviet laboratory and obtaining the building of Yuri Prime, after the readiness of any unit, an additional message "new construction options" occurred. Fixed this and some other small bugs.

No rendered map images for "8_oceania_mod.map" and "8_black_sea_mod.map"? I can see them in #386.

These previews haven't changed. They are already there. Only Storm needs to be replaced, as there are territorial changes there.
