Improve padding around input filenames #20

If input filenames have numbers in them, it can blend between the ANTs numbers and the subject numbers. We can improve this with addition of "_" in the righ t place.

Sadly the bad name padding is done inside the ants template builder, can't fix it in the pipeline.
