[ ] Redirect with .htaccess .
All files from http://cs.ioc.ee/cocovila/ to root directory of http://cocovila.github.io/ Exception: webstart folder

Currently redirection implemented by html header

Before the new webpage is ready there should be no redirect. We could add a link to a new and developing though.

New version contains the same info as old one, even more, so I think it is time.
