Buggy Scrolling in Navigation Mode #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Navigation Mode
2. Try & Scroll Through A Directory Containing Several Movie Files

What is the expected output? 
Scrollng should not be buggy:
Movie Preview Should Only Start After The Cursor has been over the item for one 
complete second
This would greatly improve user experience

What do you see instead?
Scrolling is buggy - apparently because the preview starts loading right away
User Experience is negatively affected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Movist 0.6.8
MacOSX 10.6.6
