As a User I should Sign Up

So that I can keep track of my drains and collaborate with City work order management system.

I would prefer to not make a new account for Adopt-a-Drain. I would like to use one of my existing online accounts:

I would like the ability to participate anonymously.

For participating anonymously is that logging in but not linking contact or name to app? Or is this just optional login?

@SgiobairOg pardon me for missing your question. In an ideal implementation, no log in would be required to report a drain that needs attention or clear a drain that needs attention. I can use See Click Fix now to do that without logging in. One may need only accept terms of service to waive certain liabilities. City govs may have a different view, however.
