- I have not updated to latest xUnit as it seems to take a dependency on NETStandard.Library (looks like if I update all the projects to .NET v4.5.2 it might not do that...)

Let's try that in a follow-up PR - moving up to v4.5.2 doesn't really give us much in the way of WPF improvements. I'm kind of eyeing off v4.6.2 which has Per Monitor DPI awareness for those who are into that sort of thing...

@alfhenrik thanks for this. I'll write up some issues to track the other stuff that we can work on here, but this is a great first start!
