Add support for 2FA #6

Slack just added 2 factor authentication and everyone is doing it, baby! But this tool can't handle that yet.

+1 I tried using the access code from google authenticator, but that didn't work. What may work is if you have a gateway and use the access credentials for the gateway ... or not. Sorry, can't give any good suggestions here, but would like to have this :)

That or even a simple caveat in the quickstart to temporarily disable 2FA like I did. Even importing the full HipChat suite with a few dozen custom ones it only took a few minutes.
