`?!say edit` doesn't work sometimes #23

Sometimes the edit function of the say command doesn't work. Here's an example: https://discordapp.com/channels/425410562965635074/538491476590723072/617417146229587971 The bot didn't throw any errors when it didn't work.

We won't further investigate this bug, as it only occurred once and we can't find a logical reason for it. Maybe it was just the Discord API doing its own thing again.
