Make `?!status` usable by members #70

Describe the feature you'd like in detail Make the command ?!status usable by a member and not just the botOwners. I see no reason why that command should be restricted/only used by the botOwners. Almost every other bot allows regular users to use a similar command (i.e., status or stats).
