User's able to use bot master commands via DM's with BulletBot #88

Describe the bug A user who is not a botmaster can use bot master commands, such as status, when DMing BulletBot.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Using a non-bot master account, message BulletBot with .status
  2. See that it responds with the results of the status command

Expected behavior If the user is not a botmaster, BulletBot should not respond to the command.
