If I want to check the case list of a user who left the server, it is currently not possible to do that.

Make it possible to use ?!case list on users who have left the server.
Additional information/context
Say if you banned someone, then you wanted to see all of their cases, you currently wouldn't be able to do that. BulletBot would just say "Cannot find user '1234567890'".
