Bug : Cee Headers not placed in roof. Giving exception #33

Issue: When trying to place Cee Headers in Roof, they are not placed and exception is thrown

We are still being shown error as in attached image.

We assume the problem is mostly in between grids 31 & 37. Because if we run the cee headers in grids before 30, the cee headers are being placed without any exception error. But after grids 31 we are thrown this exception again. Please take a look.
