Add version to APK file name #56

I used the $TRAVIS_TAG variable meaning it will fill the name with the commit tag

I could not test but I can't see why it woulnd't work

to be honest I can't understand how my modification could make travis break somewhere so far from what I did but if you have any idea on how to solve this I'd be glad to help
