Add Group Mode

Sync item unlocks with Google Sheet, requires setup for getting client credentials to perform oauth2 Also adds optional features like:

• Marking ground items with an icon if they are yours
• Restrict picking up items if they are not yours (left click and menu options separate)
• Showing naturally spawning items in the world (compatible with GroundItems settings)
• Showing extra loot (like projectiles which are not originally part of showOnlyLoot option in GroundItems)

Is it possible to have an option of collection need of x10,x50,x100 as a difficulty thing? for example i selectx100, so to unlock the item i would need to unlock that same item x100 times however dropping and picking up again wouldn't work... Thank you very much

Closing this as I decided against opening this plugin up to groups now that a dedicated group bronzeman plugin is available on the plugin hub.
