Not including http #135

When I enter the following url when I am creating new run: 172.17.244.105:5757/ It throws the following exception.

I think we should handle it with a proper msg.

I've addressed this in my current code. PR coming out in the next hour or so

I put up a PR. It handles this and a bunch of other error cases.
