feat(release): replace deprecated ghooks with husky for git hook implementation #119

husky will auto-upgrade ghook hooks, but if not, remove .git/hooks/* and then re-install husky. Don't forget to migrate hook scripts from package.json > config > ghooks to package.json > scripts
