Link to V2 REST API is broken. #46

In the file https://github.com/Coinigy/api/blob/master/README.md, you have a line that reads:

V2 REST API documentation: https://api.coinigy.com/api/v2/docs/index.html

The link is broken. If you remove the 'index.html' link from the end of the link, it goes where one expects.
