Homebrew

Add the homebrew tab for all the information in the info tab and necessary hooks for the db. Include implementation, design, and testing.

Races Plan

• age maybe at least a text box to add more describing text; like elves tend to live long lives you tend to live about [age range here] years or so or maybe some weird text input that the user could go races lives from [low] to [high]
• text box and selector for alignment
• an select and chip bar for languages
• text box for language description
• figure out if traits/features work
• an select and chip bar for starting proficiencies
• an select and chip bar for ability bonus

1. add fill btn to backgrounds and show properly && add fill btn to races

2. add fill logic for both srd and homebrew for backgrounds
