Windows Release 4.5.0 has a wrong internal mapped key "z". #149

CPC_z points to large "X" on the win64 build. Thus all keymaps seem to be broken there. The bug is either in SDL, which I'don't suspect or is it already gone, since I could not reproduce it with a windows build, only and always with the downloaded cap32-win64.

So we would just need a new rebuild of windows caprice 4.5.1 etc? Probably with the new german keymaps?

I figured it out, the big "X" that appears on the z key is the firebutton of the joystick when the joystick emulation is switched on.

This is a feature and is working ok also with german keymap.
