Currently, we face challenges in manually creating or updating new or ongoing project contracts within the CRM module. This manual process is time-consuming.

Describe the solution you'd like:

We propose the implementation of an automated "Project Contract" feature within the CRM module. This feature should allow users to easily generate and update project contracts directly within the system. The key functionalities of this feature should include:

Contract Generation: Users should be able to select a project and generate a contract automatically based on predefined templates or customizable templates.

Template Management: The system should provide the capability to manage and edit contract templates, allowing for customization to suit specific project requirements.

Contract Tracking: A tracking mechanism should be in place to monitor the status of project contracts, including expiration dates and renewal reminders.

Integration: The feature should seamlessly integrate with other relevant modules such as HR and Invoice, ensuring consistent and up-to-date information across the entire system.

Notification System: Implement a notification system that alerts users about contract-related activities, such as contract approvals, updates, and deadlines.

Additional context:

• We aim to streamline our project contract management process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
