6 years ago @a-support - please ask the users to stop downloading the plugin from GitHub as they don't know how to properly clone it. GitHub links should only be used by developers that understand how GitHub's sub-module packaging works.
For regular users, the latest version of Illdy Companion can be found on w.org.
Support: I've seen this issue with the fatal error ending with "e/wp-content/themes/illdy/inc/libraries/welcome-screen/class-epsilon-welcome-screen.php on line 440" on some other tickets I believe its reoccurring. I searched the forum but no workable answer. Please advise.
Issue customer: I’m running PHP 5.6 FastCGI Illly v2.0.4 And I have Illdy Companion Version 2.0.3 installed.
Unfortunately, I can’t use the plugin (to configure Contact Us and Projects sections).
It shows me a link asking me to install the Companion plugin and when I follow the link to the config page, I get the following error:
