[Enchancement] As a one page theme we need these feature. #238

  1. Fixed menu when user scrolling the site.
  2. Scroll to top button in the bottom of the site or when user scrolling.
  3. And a smooth scrolling animation effect.

@giucu91 - if I enable the sticky menu functionality, menu items aren't vertically centered

@giucu91 - Copyright panel should be renamed to "Footer". The "go to top" option placement is weird right now.
