thanks @blopker but the uninstalled themes will be reinstalled once fetched again right? Shouldn't the uninstalled themes be blacklisted?

Ah, so, all the uninstall command does is remove the theme from the Preferences > Color Scheme list. (see screenshot) This is what the original ticket was for. I could also make a command that shows the installed themes, but there hasn't been a request for it.
