So currently 50% of planes are set to crash on land, do you now want all planes to crash? , also atomic bomber is excluded from crashing due to it still being able to fire when in a crashing state I can fix that also if wanted.

c481431fcd2e65eecffea184c0ddf329c0803cc8 fixes aircrafts never crashing. I think a crashing liche would be good. Affects balance, though.
