Click+drag on a CAD object should not select the object #14

Clicking and dragging (with any length pause between mouse down and mouse up) on a CAD object causes that object to be selected. If the mouse is dragged, there shouldn't be a selection upon release.

Similar behavior happens for right-click as well. Releasing right mouse button on always causes the context menu to appear (whether or not the click was started on the object).
