feat(cvm): make router.py and optimal-routing.py assets to be numbers from CVM

Motivation

Need to integrate CVM registry as simulator input

Suggested Solution

• use cvm_runtime GetConfigResponse types for asset and network ids to define input to simulator as python generics (so still can run simpler examples)
• simulator to run as before (so can simulate same output as before, and yet optionally to work with asset/networks)
• CVM does not enodes path as prefix string, but as map off network to network connections in GetConfigResponse, so that object or simulator python object to be used to be used to produce input to simulator
• simulator to be black box function after that with input
• gas and pools still to be randomly generated
• use pandas frame(s) to define input
• use some tree shape stucture to define output

real pools and ibc gas prices is next task,

so there is no task in this issue to transform real data to pandas, more like define pandas as input to algorithm, and use CVM types for ids
