feat(mantis): systematic research of solver limits and constraints

• what are possible numeric ranges work (input vs output sizes. all possible variations)
• what is criteria when can ignore constant fees on IBC routes
• what is criteria when we need to consider eliminate some pools (like cap on total volume)
• what is criteria to set IBC route gates to be 0/1 instead 0..1
• what solver covers best ranges would be awesome. all this work inside solver/constrains
