GitHub now provides the ability to link publications to repositories. We can pull this information to suggest DOIs for workflows (may even be able to deprecate DOI support in plantit.yaml)
For now, might be good to check each repo then suggest associated citations to the workflow owner, automatically updating their plantit.yaml if they claim ownership of the publication
