Blessed Fortune Cookies Give False Rumors #19

Blessed fortune cookies give false rumors. Inversely, cursed fortune cookies give true rumors.

This is caused by the Potter patch where the false and true rumors were merged into one file.

Well, it's not so simple; blessed or cursed, fortune cookies now have equal chance of containing a false or true rumor. I'll fix it eventually, it just allowed me to pump out a Potter patch faster, and not completely steamroll over fortune cookie functionality (which shares a quote database with the oracle, except for a few filtered ones). I'll add in an additional file to be compiled and used in rumors.c and all of the makefiles so that Potter has his own quotes and the fortune cookies are even less disturbed.
