[FEAT] add version number #189

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. its hard to know in admin panel if you are running latest version

Describe the solution you'd like version number below Log Out button

Describe alternatives you've considered version number in Logs panel version number in Home panel

Additional context version number can be green if latest and red if out of date

Exposing Conduit versioning info (for Conduit's Core, modules and UI) is something we've been planning to implement. Soft-prompting for updates sounds reasonable enough (at least for demos). Thanks for the suggestion 👍.
