On HTTP 502 (in trial user especially) we should be reporting back the UUID. #71

Runnning truffle-secure as a trial use on a simple contract gave me back: 

Internal MythX errors encountered:
Failed in retrieving analysis response, HTTP status code: 502
Bad Gateway

The error message is getting fixed up, but given that a trial user can't see past uuids, we need to include that in the above message.
