Add a parameter to pass in a solc path directly #137

Something like --solc-path to evade py-solc-x problems in case a specific platform causes trouble for the automatic installation process

This has been fixed in py-solc-x==1.0.0. I'll fix the interfaces for compilation and include this in the next release as a parameter
