[Notification module] Missing tap to expand interaction #345

Version 1.13

Actual: Tapping on notification does nothing

Expected:

Home tab module has heading , description, timestamp, share icon, and pagination (up to 7 recent notifications)
Tapping on notification launches full screen notification with all details.
Note: in image below, button goes to #338 when built. Before then, button is turned off.
