By the way, I'm not sure if the numbering of the gaps are correct, because once I extracted the data the gaps were not numbered in sequence of increasing stress... I was able to find the order by
comparing the mean apertures and the images of the aperture fields, but maybe this is one point of improvement (if the problem is not on my side, which could also be)...

Is there some natural order we should choose instead of output in the order of computation?

This comes up again and again and we should think about it. The problem is that I don’t want to rename files in the S3, but we could rename on the fly for download.
