File names of downloads do not correspond to version numbers #75

File names in ami/releases do not correspond to version numbers (at least for 0.2.24), what is quite confusing.

ami had a complex set of libraries all with different version numbers. We have now moved to 2 new repos: contentmine/cephis (libraries) contentmine/normami norma and ami combined

We are currently developing these and will be trying to create a better versioning system.
