Add dropdown pane to forum-author avatars #109

Plus better layout for the dropdown pane. Still proof of concept but a few <br>s tidy it up a bit for the moment.

Additional items as described in the commits.

I should add the I'm quite excited about the potential of having these dropdown panes available whenever there's a member avatar. I'm thinking that rather than just a "Send a message" link, we could have a compose box to make it super easy to send someone else a private message. I'm imagining reading a forum thread and wanting to say something to the author that's personal. If I can easily do that, I don't need to post it in the thread. That way the thread stays more relevant to the group as a whole while lots of quick direct messages are also happening.

Also great to have Follow/Unfollow easily available wherever there's a person. I can imagine we will discover still more really great ways to use these dropdowns.
