Improved UI of all complaints and my complaints section

I have improved the UI of the Complaints Table section by enhancing the layout, table borders, and font sizes for better readability and responsiveness. The previous design of the complaints table had readability issues and unwanted elements. This update improves the visual appeal and usability, making it easier for users to view and interact with complaints.
