[FEATURE REQUEST] Way to disable settings translation #1098

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

My system UI is in Russian, but I can read English. Currently CAD settings page is half-translated to Russian, and it's harder for me to read half-English half-Russian than just read English.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like a way to toggle settings language in settings (or, at least, toggle to English).

At the moment we are relying on the web extension API to handle localization for us. Otherwise a lot more lines of code will need to be written in. If you would like to assist with the translations, please visit https://crowdin.com/project/cookie-autodelete and contribute there.

As a workaround, you should be able to change the locale of your browser to English.
