[Feature] File picker + external SD as download folder #219

Describe the feature you want

In the settings, it would greatly help to allow for selecting the download location, instead of hsving to type in a path. Please also support external SD card; or probably just everything that can be accessed via storage access framework.

This would be great, especially if it is possible to access the external SD, as it is a bit annoying to have to copy the bookmarks/settings backups to the internal storage whenever you need to import them.
